Carey, I like most of what you have to say and agree with you. I think more video editors need to give FCP X a shot though as it is much better than anything else out there including Avid and Premiere Pro. I downloaded a tutorial series on itunes made by Ripple Training and once i got started with FCPX I began to unleash its power. If video editors like yourself can get over some of the differences and embrace FCPX (which is the best software out there anyway) then the future of the MacPro tower would be secure.
